Position Overview

The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the condition of properties, buildings, and equipment in their assigned territory. They will ensure that all managed assets are maintained according to brand standards and equipment manufacturer or Dutch Bros specifications. Retail Operations is Facilities’ primary customer and this position is expected to foster a strong, supportive, and responsive relationship with key leaders in their territory.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Ensure capital and R&M projects are completed on time, on budget, and with a strong

service approach and communication to key stakeholders:

  • Manage all Facilities projects and expenses according to Dutch Bros procedures, leveraging CMMS, D365, and Lucernex systems to keep stakeholders apprised of the status of work, and document and pay invoices in a timely manner

  • Act as the liaison between Facilities, Construction, and Operations, providing support and technical expertise to coordinate projects and resolve Repair and Maintenance (R&M) issues in a timely and cost-effective manner

  • Communicate proactively on all scheduled and ad hoc work to ensure that stakeholders are fully informed of their role in supporting the work, or how it might impact their operations, and provide alternative solutions that will minimize disruptions

  • Hold periodic facilities educational meetings with all Operators and Coaches in your territory

Manage planned maintenance, utilities, CMMS, and other Facilities support programs to achieve desired company objectives and metrics for vendors and services rendered:

  • Conduct planned and ad hoc site inspections of all Facilities in assigned territory to determine and anticipate R&M and capital investment needs, and monitor conditions

  • Ensure all shop surveys are completed within the approved time frame

  • Travel up to 75% of the time

Support warranty management, ensuring that warranty walks are conducted timely, as assigned, and that building and equipment servicing and repairs are done on warranty, when eligible:

  • Work with regulatory agencies, supervisor, and Construction team to anticipate and manage jurisdictional, code compliance, and other requirements that Dutch Bros must adhere to when initiating projects or R&M work, or as new requirements become effective

  • Attract, qualify, develop, and monitor regional service providers to adjust support for shop operations based on changing needs and KPIs

Job Qualifications

  • 7 years of restaurant facilities management or other related fields or education, any combination is required

  • Working knowledge of Facilities, Construction, Service Models, and Financial principles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

  • Working knowledge of Ecotrak or other CMMS platforms

  • This position requires driving, when necessary and must have a valid driver's license

Location Requirement: 

This position is eligible for remote work in California.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasional lifting up to ten lbs.

  • Must be able to work in a climate-controlled office environment

  • Ability to read and write in English in order to process paperwork and follow up on any actions necessary

  • Sitting for extended periods of time

  • Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks

Compensation:

$95,262.35 - DOE
