AdvisaCare is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team! With over 20 years of experience in enhancing lives through effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, we are committed to providing excellence in care and support.

In this engaging role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our ABA program, working both in centers and in the community, to design and implement individual behavior intervention plans that truly make an impact. You’ll collaborate with families, clients, and a dedicated team of professionals to ensure each client’s unique needs are met with compassion and expertise.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop customized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Supervising and providing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Working closely with families and other professionals to foster a collaborative approach to treatment.
  • Monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies to drive the best outcomes.
  • Staying at the forefront of ABA practices to continue delivering top-notch care.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Experience working with individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
