About the Role
Lyra is looking for a Growth Strategy Senior Associate for our Lyra Care clinical programs to help drive long term growth strategy. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and strategic problem solver that can break down ambiguous growth challenges into actionable, data driven solutions. This person is energized by tackling hard / ambiguous problems, understanding drivers to sustainably grow clinical programs, a dynamic work environment, and expanding access to high-quality mental health care.
Responsibilities
Serve as key advisor to operations leadership on program growth strategy by owning forecast models and additional analyses
Own and drive overall strategy on how we forecast demand and subsequently build provider supply to support our ambitious growth targets
Obsess over how programs are performing against forecast and why, and incorporate learnings to project forward-looking program health
Track overall program metrics and effectively report out on program health to executive audiences
Explore and scope new metrics to help further improve forecast models / tools and ability to project future growth
Drive cross-functional partnership with finance & operations teams to support long-term planning
Lead special projects end-to-end to inform longer-term growth strategy across Lyra Care clinical programs
Qualifications
4+ years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital health, or related experiences. Healthcare experience a plus, but not required
Highly organized and detail oriented self-starter; able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Strategic problem solver with the ability to structure ambiguous and complex problems
Strong quantitative analytical skills (Excel/Google sheets/SQL a must); experience with forecasting/ financial modeling nice to have
Able to distill and effectively communicate the ‘so what’ from complex analytics using large data sets
Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships across cross-functionally
Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care
