The ideal person for this position has an exceptional eye for detail, expertise as a data analyst, and a solid understanding of popular data analysis tools. He/she will work closely with product owners across various lines of business to understand the objectives of the organization and prioritize any requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES 
 3 or more years of experience in data analysis and report writing required, with a strong focus on medical coding, billing, or revenue cycle management reporting strongly preferred 

• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data visualization, and complex formula creation, 
• and excellent communicator, positive and detail oriented. 
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate findings clearly to various stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle metrics and reporting processes, Experience with reporting platforms such as PowerBI or similar tools; ability to design and implement interactive dashboards, Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages are preferred

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  1  Create, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for                     clients and management, providing a comprehensive view of revenue cycle performance
  2  Develop month-end and ad hoc reports as requested by clients and management, ensuring data                           accuracy and relevancy
  3  Conduct in-depth analysis of reports to identify trends, insights, and root causes of any identified                           issues, and recommend potential solutions
  4  Extract data manually or through automated processes, utilizing various data sources and reporting                       tools
  5  Edit, format, and analyze data in Excel, performing advanced functions and techniques to create                           informative, visually appealing reports
  6  Use PowerBI or similar reporting platforms to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visual                       reports that enhance data accessibility and decision-making
  7  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure timely                               delivery of high-quality reports
  8  Identify trends and offer corrective action
  9  Provide insights and recommendations to optimize revenue cycle processes based on report findings                   and data analysis
  10  Aggregate data, KPI’s, employee metrics, etc. from multiple sources into consolidated reporting for                       management review
  11  Maintain excellent customer service to both our clients and our provider's patients.
  12  Other duties as assigned by manager.
