This is a remote position.

Job Title: Bilingual (Spanish) Appointment Setter

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST

Responsibilities:

Conduct around 250 calls per day to set appointments to the Account Executives
Navigate through gatekeeper conversations to reach decision-makers
Deliver a compelling pitch to generate interest and cost-saving opportunities
Set appointments for with qualified prospects
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups

Requirements

Highly motivated driving growth and sales, has 1 to 2 years cold calling experience. Having experience in the insurance industry is a plus!
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages
Experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment
Familiarity with or willingness to learn about the commercial insurance industry
Strong persuasion and objection handling skills
Proficiency in using online research tools and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
