Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm Brooklyn, NY time with 1 hour of unpaid break

As the Inside Sales & Administrative Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of business development and operational efficiency, enabling our creative team to focus on delivering exceptional production work. You'll have the unique opportunity to work alongside experienced producers, managing client relationships, driving new business initiatives, and supporting investor relations efforts. Drive business growth through proactive inside sales initiatives and strategic client outreach
Manage comprehensive email campaigns for both client acquisition and investor relations
Maintain consistent client communication and relationship management, especially during production periods
Coordinate seamlessly between multiple production projects and business entities
Execute push marketing strategies to expand the client base beyond referral networks
Support high-level investor relations efforts including outreach and follow-up
Handle day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning
Develop and maintain organized systems for client management and business development
Create and manage follow-up schedules for prospects and existing clients
Act as the primary point of contact when principals are engaged in production work
Proven track record in inside sales or business development
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a neutral accent
Ability to work EST business hours
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Experience with email campaign management and follow-up systems
Professional demeanor and excellent client service orientation
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Interest in or basic understanding of film/television production industry
Proficiency with common business and communication software
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to maintain consistent outreach and sales activities with minimal supervision
Experience or interest in investor relations communications is a plus
