This is a remote position.

Role Name: Marketing Assistant

Schedule:
  • 20 hours per week, Pacific time business hours

  • Monday to Friday 12pm to 5pm PST

We’re seeking a talented Virtual Marketing Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team in a part-time capacity. Responsibilities
  • Support marketing team with presentation creation and deck formatting
  • Assist with basic graphic design tasks 
  • Manage and coordinate calendars across multiple time zones
  • Create and distribute professional meeting agendas
  • Support content calendar management and social media posting
  • Conduct research and generate reports for the operations department
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
  • Collaborate with team members across different departments and time zones
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth cross-departmental operations
  • Support marketing team with basic graphic design using InDesign & Adobe Creative Cloud suite
  •   Conduct research and generate reports for marketing, sales, and operations department


Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience with presentation software and basic graphic design tools (particularly InDesign & Adobe Creative Cloud suite)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling across time zones
  • Proficiency in standard office software and collaboration tools
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong attention to accuracy
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Available during US business hours
  • Previous experience supporting marketing teams preferred
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with global teams
  • Professional approach to handling multiple stakeholder requests
