About the Role:
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Tax Credit Inventory Associate to own our client's internal listings of tax credit opportunities. You’ll be responsible for keeping their inventory accurate, up-to-date, and easy for their team to manage throughout the intake and listing. This role is all about making sure they always know what they have, what’s live, and what’s coming soon—so they can move fast and serve clients well.
What You’ll Do
· Maintain the internal database of active and upcoming tax credit listings
· Regularly connect with the Transactions and Marketing teams to gather key updates (e.g. pricing, deal status, timing, documentation)
· Ensure listings are kept accurate and up-to-date across all internal tools and systems
· Flag missing or outdated information and work with relevant teams to close gaps
· Support visibility into supply pipeline and help prioritize deals based on timing and readiness
· Coordinate smooth handoffs between internal teams when credits go live
· Contribute to continuous improvements in how we track and manage inventory
What We’re Looking For
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Comfortable communicating with multiple teams and following up to get what you need
· Experience working in fast-paced environments (startups, deal teams, operations, etc.)
· System-thinking who likes to improve processes and re-imagine better ways of doing things
· Familiar with finance concepts
