Rivia Mind is a tele-behavioral Mental Health and Well-being Practice based in NYC, with services across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida. We are an interdisciplinary group of psychiatry and psychology providers, supportive operational staff and contributors who focus on delivering accessible, reliable, and quality evidence-based holistic treatment. We primarily see adult patients and deliver diverse services, including psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and specialty offerings. We have a dynamic team to address people’s needs beyond just medication management. Rivia Mind Psychotherapists provide clinical social work services and psychotherapy to patients through a primarily telehealth environment. Our practice leverages clinical experience and a diverse knowledge base to provide quality care and reliable service. This individual will utilize their expertise in Psychotherapy modalities (i.e. CBT, MI, DBT, etc.) to provide access to reliable, quality care in the communities we serve.
How we support you:
Application Window: Until the end of April 2025.
Anticipated Start Date: Based on the length of the interview process, the candidate chosen, their resignation period, and our needs, we anticipate it will be between 14-60 days from extending an offer. The target range to start is May - July 2025.
We are looking to hire one (1) Therapist who already has an MA license and is willing to get a CT license. We offer reimbursement for acquiring a Connecticut Licensure for this role specifically.
Required Education Level: Master's
Education Details: Master's in Social Work or a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related graduate degree

Compensation & Employment Details
Pay Range: $60,000 - $74,000
Bonus Potential: Up to $1,000 per quarter
Pay Type: Salary

Supervisor: Director of Psychotherapy and Supervisors

Employment Status: Full Time (40 hours a week – patient standard and compensation will be proportionate)

Work Schedule
We collaborate with each provider to determine a mutually beneficial and sustainable schedule. Our focus is to develop a supportive schedule that meets both the needs of our patients and the providers' preferences.
Your schedule will be determined with you before starting the role.
We appreciate the dedication and care our providers bring to their work and the patients they serve. Occasional flexibility may be needed to accommodate patient needs or support the growth of your caseload—such as scheduling initial consultations, managing urgent concerns, coordinating care with the broader team, and completing other responsibilities.
