We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with experience in growth marketing to help us expand our footprint in the American market. You’ll combine creativity, strategy, and data to build scalable campaigns that attract, convert, and retain users.
Your mission is to accelerate Metricool’s growth in the U.S. by identifying high-impact opportunities and executing data-driven strategies.

As aLead Generation & Growth Marketing Specialist
Conducting market research to deeply understand the U.S. landscape and identify new acquisition channels.
Designing and running growth experiments to test hypotheses and drive scalable results.
Planning and optimizing paid acquisition and performance campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social ads, and content marketing).
Monitoring marketing metrics to evaluate performance and improve ROI.
Collaborating with product, content, and analytics teams to create seamless user journeys and maximize conversions.
Leading side projects or mini-tools to attract new users and boost engagement.
Driving A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to improve user acquisition and retention

Define and refine growth strategies tailored to the U.S. market’s unique characteristics.
Job requirements. You’ll be successful on your mission if you have:
Experience
Proven background in Growth Marketing, Lead Generation, or similar roles focused on performance, experimentation, and user acquisition.
Education
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (but we value experience over titles).
Languages
Fluent English is essential. Spanish is a plus!
Hard Skills
Solid understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media, sales funnels, content).
Proficient with tools like Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, or similar.
Experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
Familiarity with UX principles and conversion rate optimization.
Soft Skills

What are the steps of the hiring process?
First Interview (30 minutes): Introduction call with Sofía, People & Culture Specialist, to discuss the company, culture, and your background.
Second Interview (1 hour): Conversation with Sara Martín, the Growth Marketing Lead (if available) or other key team members (such as Vicent the Product Growth expert) to assess role fit and technical expertise.
Final Decision: Review of insights from the interviews to determine the best candidate.
