Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Resource Hub Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and team performance across a distributed or remote workforce. This role is responsible for coordinating virtual resources, ensuring service levels and operational goals are met, and maintaining alignment with quality and productivity standards.

The ideal candidate brings experience managing high-performing remote teams, has strong coordination and communication skills, and can effectively balance workload distribution, client expectations, and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of virtual professionals providing operational, administrative, or support services.
  • Monitor daily performance, ensuring adherence to productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
  • Allocate tasks, manage resource schedules, and adjust workloads to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for issue resolution, escalations, and communication between team members and leadership.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance development support to team members.
  • Review output and documentation to ensure consistent service quality and compliance with operational guidelines.
  • Support onboarding, training, and process adherence for new and existing team members.
  • Track and report operational metrics, flagging issues and recommending process improvements.
  • Foster collaboration and engagement in a remote-first environment, ensuring team members remain aligned and supported.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in service delivery, operations, or shared services environments, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experience managing remote or virtual teams across multiple time zones is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process optimization.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficient in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, Teams, Slack, project management platforms).
