About the Opportunity

The Vice President of Product Marketing will be responsible for defining and executing the product marketing strategy to drive the adoption and growth of our AI healthcare platform and products. This role will be pivotal in translating our innovative technology into compelling value propositions that resonate with our target audiences, thereby enhancing customer experience and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Product Marketing Strategy:
- Create and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s vision of becoming a technology-first organization, and aligns across teams (product, development, sales, client success).
- Develop and operationalize a GTM process with clear positioning and messaging for each product and category.
- Refine pricing and package to support upselling, cross-selling, and new sales
- Build a scalable product marketing function to support high growth targets.
- Customer Engagement and Advocacy:
- Deep customer understanding and operationalize those insights (Voice of the Customer)
- Develop customer personas and journey maps to identify key touchpoints and enhance customer engagement.
- Establish customer advocacy programs to leverage testimonials, case studies, and references in marketing initiatives.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for product enhancements, new product development, and market entry strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product features, customer needs, and sales enablement tools.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to provide customer insights that inform product development.
- Sales Enablement:
- Create compelling sales collateral, training materials, and product demonstrations to empower the sales team.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to communicate product benefits and drive sales.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
- Regularly report on product performance and market feedback to executive leadership, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Brand Development:
- Enhance the company’s brand positioning in the healthcare AI
Qualifications
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the healthcare technology sector or related industries.
- Proven track record in building and leading product marketing teams, particularly in high-growth environments.
- Experience in transitioning organizations from services-based offerings to platform-centric models.
Skills:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with business objectives. For example, creating a roadmap for product launches that integrates customer feedback and market trends.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies is essential.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated experience collaborating with product management, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to drive product initiatives. For instance, leading workshops to gather insights from multiple departments for a cohesive product strategy.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the healthcare sector. Ability to create customer personas and journey maps to enhance marketing efforts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Experience creating persuasive sales materials and marketing content is a plus.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines and goals are met.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in healthcare is highly desirable. Understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.

Pay Range: $180,000 - $225,000 USD
This is an exempt position. The salary range is for Base Salary. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location.
