Role Overview

We’re looking for a senior-level leader to oversee, manage, design, and execute our enterprise business systems architecture and team. This role is pivotal in aligning our technical systems with strategic business goals across departments.

What You'll Do

Lead the strategy, design, and execution of our enterprise business systems architecture.

Manage and mentor a team of systems and integration professionals.

Partner closely with GTM, Sales, Finance, and HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Oversee core systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and our HRIS platform, along with 25+ integrations across the business.

Ensure systems are secure, optimized, and aligned with organizational growth and compliance needs.

Drive continuous improvement, automation, and innovation within the business systems landscape.
