What You'll Do

Maintaining excellent client services is the company's driving philosophy.

Personally demonstrate a commitment to Client First by promptly responding to clients’ needs.

Meet or exceed client satisfaction measures.

Assist clients with desktop, network, server, and other troubleshooting tasks over the phone.

Server deployment, maintenance, and administration.

VMware ESXi/Microsoft Hyper-V deployment and maintenance.

Installation of SonicWall and routers for clients.

Printer deployment and maintenance.

Software installation and troubleshooting.

Malware removal.

Office 365/Azure administration.

Performing best practice assessments for clients.

Other duties as may be required.

What You Need

Firewall Experience.

Experience with Windows Server 2012R2- 2022 and Windows 7/8/10/11.

VMware ESXi 7+ knowledge.

Professional services automation tools like ConnectWise and/or Automate.

Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a similar field.

Previous experience with Cisco/SonicWall.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Certificates, licenses, and registrations are preferred but not required.

Salary

Location: Remote in the United States.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 / Year.

This is a full-time, long-term position.

The position is immediately available.

Remote.

Monday through Friday (Regular business hours).
