This is a remote position.
Monitor and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues
Handling the company's social media accounts (basic admin)
Support project implementation and track performance metrics
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to operational activities
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
Assist in managing vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory (if applicable)
Respond to inquiries and provide support to staff, clients, or customers as needed

EXCELLENT IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Experience in handling social media accounts
2+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational ability
