Job description

This is a remote position.

Full Time 
Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM PST with 1hr unpaid break 

Job overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficiency across various business processes, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 
  • Assisting the company's Operations Specialist with Admin Tasks 
  • Assist in processing or filing of legal documents 
  • Monitor and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues

  • Handling the company's social media accounts (basic admin)

  • Support project implementation and track performance metrics

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to operational activities

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions

  • Assist in managing vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory (if applicable)

  • Respond to inquiries and provide support to staff, clients, or customers as needed

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards

Qualifications:
  • EXCELLENT IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Experience in handling social media accounts 

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a similar role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational ability
