Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generator to join an innovative healthcare technology company. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving growth by identifying and researching key decision-makers within the senior care industry. Responsibilities
  • Research and identify decision-makers within nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and in-home healthcare organizations
  • Build comprehensive contact databases including direct phone numbers, email addresses, and professional profiles
  • Develop and maintain detailed prospect lists with relevant company information and key contact details
  • Establish professional connections through LinkedIn and other business networking platforms
  • Create detailed prospect profiles and research reports for the sales team
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of all research findings and potential leads
  • Track and document key information about target organizations and their decision-making structure


Requirements

  • Professional level English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience with business research and data gathering techniques
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms
  • Experience with database management and information organization
  • Knowledge of or interest in the healthcare industry, particularly senior care (preferred)
