Job Title
Solutions Project Manager - Digital Pathology (East US)

Job Description

The Solutions Project Manager leads projects, that are customer facing, to meet the project’s objectives and stakeholders’ expectations, and to create customer value. In this position you will be the lead across multiple projects to ensure standards are followed to allocate resources and accurately forecast revenue.
 

Your role:

  • Driving the adoption of the SOLiD project methodology across the Digital Computational Pathology (DCP) North American team.
  • Ensure that all deliverables have been met including, but not limited to, systems installation and integration, clinical and technical consulting, training and education and customer success deliverables. Managing all project deliverables and resources for your own projects.
  • Monitoring the customer success criteria and project budget during project execution with an outcome-oriented view focusing on the maximization of the project benefits and customer impact
  • Leading resource planning, revenue forecasting and coordination across multiple DCP projects with other DCP Project Managers
  • Leading the planning of order fulfillment and delivery across multiple DCP projects working with other Project Managers, Supply Chain and Logistics leaders.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Minimum 5 years of project management or related work experience, healthcare industry or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, manage, and present data and information to all levels within the company and at customer sites.
  • The applicable PMI certification per role/level is required for all Employees hired/re-hired into the CPM/CDM role (including internal transfers from a non-CPM/CDM role). PMI certification obtainment is required within a specific time of an employee’s start date in the CPM/CDM role. This time period is defined by the role/level and will be documented in the employment offer.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $80,500 to $138,000, annually.  The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here
