Job description

Helpware is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will support the production of visual materials across a variety of formats, assisting in the development of digital and print assets, social media content, presentations, and more. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented designer to gain experience in a dynamic, global environment and grow within an experienced team.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

Solid skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
Basic understanding of layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in photo editing and retouching.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across materials.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
Education in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.
Previous internship or freelance experience is a plus.
A portfolio with 3–5 relevant works (study or freelance projects are acceptable).

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating digital and print materials (social media visuals, presentations, internal graphics, etc.).
Work within existing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all assets.
Edit and retouch photos as needed for various formats.
Support the senior designers in producing high-quality visual content.
Participate in team reviews and respond constructively to feedback.
Help manage asset libraries and maintain organized files.
