Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales and consultative selling, preferably in telecom or rental services., Higher education degree in any field is required., Intermediate English language skills are desirable., Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management..

Key responsabilities:

  • Record all visits, opportunities, and negotiations in SalesForce.
  • Close contracts and manage all processes to deliver contracts to the implementation team.
  • Manage KPIs defined by the Sales Excellence team, including performance and closed contracts.
  • Conduct consulting meetings with clients and address their needs and demands.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Fazer todos os registros de visitas, oportunidades e negociações no SalesForce
  • Fechar o contrato e fazer todos os tramites para entregar o contrato para o time de implantação (levantamento dos documentos do cliente pra solicitar credito, providenciar o contrato, cadastro dos veiculos e condutores)
  • Gerenciar os KPIs definidos pelo time de Sales Excellence (performance, ritmo comercial, oportunidades, contratos fechados)
  • Preenchimento de relatórios manualmente
  • Reuniões de consultoria junto aos clientes
  • Venda de produtos ainda não contratados para os clientes da carteira
  • Atender demandas/necessidades dos clientes (solicitação de credenciamento de posto, aumento de limite de crédito)
  • Renegociar condições comerciais dos clientes da carteira
  • Realizar visitas presenciais e remotas nos clientes

REQUISITOS

  • Experiência Profissional: se tem experiencia em vendas de serviço B2B e venda consultiva (pelo menos 2 anos) – telecom, locadora, mas pode procurar em outros também (varejo é mais difícil, B2C é muito volume, o lead time de negociação é maior em serviço)
  • Escolaridade: ensino super completo (independente da área)
  • Idiomas: Inglês intermediário desejável
