THE POSITION

iRoofing provides comprehensive roof reports featuring accurate measurements. Our clients depend on these reports to assess the scope and costs associated with roof replacements. In response to increasing demand, we are looking to expand our team of virtual technicians.

Virtual technicians utilize our web application to analyze roofing architecture and generate measurement diagrams. Selected candidates will be invited to participate in paid training sessions. Our experienced and supportive professionals will provide training throughout the process at a comfortable pace, using live video chat for effective learning.

WHAT YOU DO

Use iRoofing's proprietary software to diagram roofs from aerial imagery
Analyze building architecture to complete diagrams accurately
Communicating in English verbally and through chat using our company’s communication platform
Provide constructive feedback to the team
Contribute to a shared resource workspace
Manage incoming tasks efficiently
Assist new hires as they integrate into the team environment
Contribute to the improvement of our processes and procedures

Pay rate: MXN 150.00 per hour
