Position Summary
The Manager, Clinical is responsible for strategic oversight and management of client programs directly interacting with external groups including but not limited to patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, insurance providers, and pharmaceutical clients.
Responsibilities
Oversight and management of direct reports including but not limited to clinical supervisor(s) and nursing staff
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Cardinal Health and customer industry, including key competitors, terminology, technology, trends, challenges, reimbursement and government regulation; demonstrates working knowledge of how Cardinal Health offerings match with a customers' unique business needs
Demonstrates knowledge of the program management initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing processes
Monitors performance and recommends scope, schedule, cost or resource adjustments
Connects short-term demands to long-term implications, in alignment with the supporting business case
Prioritizes multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Communicates program status (health, forecast, issues, risks, etc.) to stakeholders in an open and honest fashion
Effectively balances competing constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, funding, budget, resources, and risk, to manage program success
Connects program objectives to broader organizational goals
Provides input to contracts, reviews contracts to ensure completeness of scope and appropriate accountability based on role and/or responsibility
Negotiates with stakeholders to obtain the resources necessary for successful project and program execution
Partners with stakeholders and technologists to implement/automate/operationalize models into day-to-day business decision making
High level of client contact in an Account Management portfolio approach
Host recurring (bi-weekly/monthly) team meetings to discuss updates, process changes, team SLAs/KPIs, QA, trends, etc.
Host recurring (bi-weekly/monthly) client meetings to discuss program operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree, preferred
RN or advanced nursing degree, required
5 years of clinical experience, preferred
5+ years’ experience in professional services, healthcare, or related field preferred
Prior experience working in a Specialty Pharmaceutical HUB environment, preferred
Previous personnel/team management, including leading people leaders
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills for both in-office and remote staff; organized and self-motivated
High attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies
Strong project management skills
Understanding of the healthcare reimbursement and managed care
Excellent planning, budget forecasting, and executive presentation skills
Ability to travel ~20% or as needed.

Identifies and qualifies opportunities within service portfolio (including but not limited to technology, program design, services expansion, etc.…) with client and develops plans for introducing new solutions through collaborative relationships
TRAINING AND WORK SCHEDULES: Your new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CST, mandatory attendance is required. This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00am- 8:00pm CST.
REMOTE DETAILS: You will work remotely, full-time. It will require a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet. Internet requirements include the following:
Maintain a secure, high-speed, broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) at the remote location. Dial-up, satellite, WIFI, Cellular connections are NOT acceptable.
Anticipated salary range: $103,500 - $147,900
