The Project Manager, Data Governance will lead and manage project initiatives aimed at enhancing data governance processes and frameworks across the organization. This role will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with the organization's data governance strategy.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in data governance or data management.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement practices to drive the adoption of data governance initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards related to data management and governance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
