About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Interview Panelist with deep technical expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to support our hiring process. As a panelist, you will be responsible for evaluating candidates for CDP Engineer roles by assessing their technical capabilities and domain knowledge through structured interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured technical interviews for CDP Engineer candidates
Evaluate candidates skills in:
Data Integration from multiple platforms and tools
Data Modeling for customer profiles

API Usage including RESTful APIs for data exchange
Provide detailed interview feedback and recommendations
Collaborate with internal hiring teams to improve the interview process
Maintain professionalism and objectivity during candidate assessments

Requirements:
