Design and build reliable backend services and APIs using Rust
Develop internal web tools for other teams using React

Collaborate closely with the backend team
Stay curious and proactive in learning new tools, languages, and best practices

Requirements:

2+ years of commercial experience in backend development (ideally with Rust/Go/Ruby/PHP)
2+ years of experience working with web technologies (React is a plus)
Understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
Strong problem-solving abilities and team spirit
A natural curiosity and hunger to learn new languages and tools
Effective communication skills in English (at least B1+ level)

Nice to Have:

Hands-on experience with Rust
Experience maintaining infrastructure and working with DevOps tools
