Job Summary: As a Senior IAM Engineer, you'll design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions to enhance security and efficiency. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll ensure alignment with business needs, security policies, and regulations, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and hybrid/cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

IAM Strategy and Execution: You develop, and oversee IAM solutions utilizing tools like Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, and other identity management platforms, ensuring their integration with business requirements and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Operations and Troubleshooting: You will manage and resolve complex IAM-related issues, continuously monitoring system performance and security compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM solutions align with overall business goals.
Security, Compliance, and Risk Management: You will ensure IAM solutions c principles and "need-to-know" guidelines, implement IAM security frameworks, perform thorough risk assessments, and lead initiatives for identity governance.
Leadership and Collaboration: You will provide guidance and mentorship to junior IAM engineers.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of IAM security concepts and IAM lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with CyberArk and One Identity.
Experience in IAM engineering, architecture, or security operations.
Strong English language skills.
