Sr Mgr IS Product Data & AI
The Data & AI Sr Product Manager leads the development and execution of data and artificial intelligence strategies for International, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering innovation.
Top Responsibilities / Outcomes Expected
- Defines and executes Data & AI strategy & roadmaps that align with organizational goals to maximize business value delivery from data & AI products.
- Manages end-to-end lifecycle of data & AI products, from ideation and development to production, maintenance, continuous improvement, and end-of-life.
- Partners with business, data, operations, platform, and tech teams (engineers, UX designers) to drive success.
- Establishes, monitors and reports key performance indicators, escalates issues promptly, and provides data-driven recommendations.
- Supervises, mentors, and develops a high-performing team of data & AI professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Drives agile best practices and ensures that agile frameworks are embedded in the team’s operation.
- Leverages insights, experimentation, and benchmarking to assess and validate AI & data product effectiveness, ensuring alignment between business value and industry trends.

- Data & AI Strategy Roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic plan that aligns data and AI initiatives with the organization's business objectives.
- Data & AI Product Portfolio: Oversee the lifecycle of AI and data products, ensuring they deliver measurable business value.
- Data & AI Experimentation: From product ideation and design, through test-and-learn, to solution and value delivery.
- Performance & Value Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of AI initiatives on business value.
- Key Results: Defining and delivering against product/business OKRs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Expert in product management – Strategic planning, establishing vision, and roadmap for Data and AI products.
- Expert in agile ways of working – Agile practices & frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Expert in data engineering, AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms.
- Skilled in data & AI solution adoption and change management.
- Proven ability to oversee and deliver multiple data & AI projects/products.
- Knowledge on how data & AI can optimize business operations.
- Ability to manage budgets and assess the financial impact of data & AI initiatives.
- Ability to develop long-term data & AI strategies that drive business value.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
- Stakeholder management to align Data & AI initiatives with business goals.
Experience & Education
- MBA or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, analytics, mathematics, or a related field
- 10-15 years of experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team to drive product vision
- Relevant certifications in Data Engineering, Data Science, AI, product management, or agile methodologies are desirable.
