Lead the design and collection of requirements for Tax Reporting Cloud Service development.

Oversee the development of TRCS including metadata, business rules, and web forms for Tax Provision reporting.

Coordinate with offshore reports and ensure successful project delivery from design to Go-Live.

Deliver Tax Reporting Workflows and related ETR KPIs and Dashboards, ensuring compliance with statutory filings.

Title – Oracle EPM TAX Lead
Location – Remote + Some Travel
Travel : 10-25% - Houston , TX – Expenses Paid
Duration – 12+ Month
ONLY USC / GC

Must have - Oracle EPM Tax Reporting.
Need Hand on lead. Will have offshore reports and coordination

Lead design and collection of requirements.
* Provide delivery of TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service) development including metadata, business rules, web forms for Tax Provision reporting model.
* Lead model development through design, build, testing and Go-Live.
* Minimum 8 years implementation experience.

Qualifications & Skills Required Include:
* Superior written and oral communication skills.
* Understanding of financial statements, industry, statutory and/or other reporting requirements.
* Understanding of detailed Tax Provision calculations and reporting.
* Demonstrated development of CBCR across multiple jurisdictions for statutory filings.
* Experience in delivering Tax Reporting Workflows and related ETR KPIs and Dashboards.
* Minimum 8 years relevant implementation experience in TRCS combined including project lead on at least 2 full cycle implementations.
* Familiar with DM and FDMEE import formats, load rules and mappings.
* Experience in developing implementation project accelerators.
* Experience in Agile delivery including basic knowledge of agile ceremonies to assist in project delivery.
* Proficient in MS Office applications.
* Oracle Certification is a plus.
* Experience in the EPC Sector is a plus.
