Key responsabilities:

  • Post incoming funds and disburse outgoing payments via various methods.
  • Handle stop payments, check copies, cancellations, and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review real estate closing documents
  • Manage disbursement of IOLTA funds
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Posting of incoming funds via wire, check or ach
  • Disbursing outgoing wires, checks and revenue
  • Stop payments, copies of checks and research
  • Cancellations and billing
  • Recording and underwriting processing at file level

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • One or more years of experience with the real estate accounting process, preferably as an escrow disbursement officer
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hours are 9am to 6pm with possible required additional time on high volume days

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
