JOB TITLE: Data & Reporting Analyst (Part time)

RATE: Php 345.24 per hour

Work Type: Remote|Part Time (with a possibility to transition into Fulltime depending on performance)

Working Hours : US Hours

Start Date: ASAP


JOB OVERVIEW:


This is more of a Data & Reporting Analyst type role for the government contracts having reporting deliverables.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Setup new accounts

  • Managing deliverable schedules and calendars to ensure deliverable timelines are met 

  • Compliance/audit checks and invoice validation

  • Evaluate trends, and determine recommendations for improvement

  • Assist with product orders, inventory tracking, and shipment scheduling 

  • It would be helpful to understand AI tools and how to use them. 

  • Professional email communication and great customer service

  • Make system recommendations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Expertise with Smartsheet (formulas, create sheets, create reports, data validation, create/design forms, using templates, setting up automation, workflows, and dashboards)

  • Proven experience in account setup and management

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules, deliverables, and timelines effectively

  • Knowledge of compliance standards and experience conducting audit checks and invoice validation

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate trends and develop actionable recommendations for process improvements

  • Experience in product ordering, inventory tracking, and coordinating shipment schedules

  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to learn and integrate new technologies into workflows

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to email correspondence

  • Strong customer service skills with a client-focused mindset

  • Ability to assess systems and suggest process or platform improvements
