Schedule:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
Perform audience research and build custom and lookalike audiences
Write ad copy, select visuals (imagery/video), and collaborate on creative development
Monitor ad performance daily and adjust strategy to improve KPIs
Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization experiments
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Stay current on Meta Ads Manager updates, trends, and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, etc.) as needed
Build and optimize retargeting campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
5+ years of experience managing Facebook/Instagram ads, ideally in an eCommerce environment
Proven track record of driving results (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.). Candidates should be prepared to share case studies, performance reports, or dashboard screenshots to demonstrate past success
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Events, and Conversion API
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and reporting dashboards
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
Creative mindset with a strong grasp of what performs well in ad visuals and copy
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team
