Job Highlights:
Contract type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Mountain, 1-hour unpaid break
Direct reporting to business owner
Responsible for hitting individual booking and conversion targets
Tools and extensions provided for calling system
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calling to targeted business segments (warehouses, schools, restaurants)
Generate leads through geographic territory-based prospecting
Build call lists using Google search methods within assigned territories
Set qualified appointments with decision-makers
Track and report on calling activities and results
Meet or exceed booking rate targets (50-60% minimum)
Convert leads into scheduled appointments
Requirements
Proven B2B cold calling and appointment setting experience
Strong results orientation with demonstrated success
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Experience using CRM and call tracking systems
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong English communication skills
