Job description

This is a remote position.

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for connecting with businesses and turning cold calls into solid opportunities? We’re looking for a driven and self-motivated professional to join our team as an B2B Appointment Setter


Job Highlights: 
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Mountain, 1-hour unpaid break
  • Direct reporting to business owner
  • Responsible for hitting individual booking and conversion targets
  • Tools and extensions provided for calling system

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to targeted business segments (warehouses, schools, restaurants)
  • Generate leads through geographic territory-based prospecting
  • Build call lists using Google search methods within assigned territories
  • Set qualified appointments with decision-makers
  • Track and report on calling activities and results
  • Meet or exceed booking rate targets (50-60% minimum)
  • Convert leads into scheduled appointments

Requirements
  • Proven B2B cold calling and appointment setting experience
  • Strong results orientation with demonstrated success
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Experience using CRM and call tracking systems
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong English communication skills
