About the Role

We’re hiring a Remote Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to support a high-performing Loan Officers from pre-approval through contract. This role focuses on operations and support—not sales—and is perfect for someone who enjoys guiding borrowers through the mortgage process while ensuring compliance and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with Loan Officers
• Serve as the go-to resource for your Loan Officer team, offering guidance and problem-solving
• Manage a robust pipeline to help meet and exceed team goals

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Loan Originator in Florida (required) | Louisiana license is a plus
• 1+ year experience in mortgage sales (Loan Officer, Mortgage Banker, or AE)
• Strong understanding of loan origination, underwriting, and compliance
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and accountability
• Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, CRMs, and multitasking tools
• Passion for the mortgage industry and a drive to succeed
• Previous inside or phone sales experience is a plus
