ABOUT THE ROLE
 
You’ll be part of the business process support team, reporting directly to our BPS lead, working closely with various business teams and the Director of Strategic Planning & Project Management, Operations. Your deliverables will be around validating the work done by different departments of BPS, you will also be responsible for updating the quality log, preparing the quality dashboard, and sharing the same with stakeholders. You will also be expected to point out process improvement and major factors responsible for impacting quality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Timely validation of tickets with an eye for details
  • Updating quality log
  • Documenting findings, preparing reports, and making recommendations
  • Creating SOP’s
  • Creating Quality Dashboard
  • Updating various Quality reports.
  • Communicate with various departments concerning process workflow and due dates.
  • Should be able to prioritize work

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • A detail-oriented person who can perform varied tasks with minimal errors.
  • Organized with good time management skills, manage multiple priorities, strong follow-up skills, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new applications and incorporate the same in the process.
  • Proven ability to quickly identify areas of improvement in the process and establish a scalable process to fill in the gaps with minimal additional steps.
  • Communication skills- Exceptionally professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a High Pace and High-Pressure group environment.
  • Proven work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Willingness to work permanent night shifts (6pm to 3am) and overtime if needed.
  • Required Qualification and Experience:
  • 4-6 years of experience working in a QA role involving cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic experience using various Internet browsers.
  • Sound Microsoft Office experience.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel for data comparison and analysis, generating on-demand reports for executive leadership. (VBA will be an added advantage)
  • Candidates must have experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and holding them accountable for committed timelines without risking the company’s relationship.
