Junior Java Software Engineer

As a Junior Java Software Engineer you will be primarily responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the Dynata’s core applications.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Java and is eager to learn and grow in a backend development role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Java.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed.

Requirements

• Strong Java fundamentals.

• Understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend development principles.

Nice to Have (Optional Experience)

• Gradle and Groovy for build and scripting tasks.

• Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring web, etc.).

• AWS services and cloud computing concepts.

• SQL and relational database experience (MsSql, MySQL, etc.).

• NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
