Job Responsibilities
Resolve product questions/problems by clarifying the customer's request; determining the cause (if applicable); explaining the best solution; expediting and escalating for resolution if necessary; following up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Respond quickly and efficiently to phone calls, support cases, and emails from product users
Organize and log all relevant details regarding client interactions/services rendered using our support case management software.
Update documentation as needed
Share information and ideas from customers with the product team
Keep up to date on all product changes and new products
Train customers as needed
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or related work experience
1-3 years Accounting/Moving Software application experience
CompuMove, Techmate, MoversSuite, or Vans knowledge desirable.
Demonstrable knowledge of basic Financial Accounting
Customer service experience
Moving and storage experience is an asset
Knowledge of Sales Force a plus
Must be able to work 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Pacific time
Ability to differentiate between a server and workstation; comprehension of VPN connections, Remote Desktop, and other software such as Splash Top or GoTo Meeting
Dependable, trustworthy, adaptable self-starter who can work independently as well as blend into a team when needed
Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Learn on the fly when facing new problems by analyzing and finding solutions in a timely manner
Adequate use of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and general computer knowledge
Outstanding interpersonal and business communication skills both verbal and written
Establish and maintain effective relationship expectations of external and internal customers
Occasional travel required
