Are you a passionate Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (MD/DO) looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity to provide high-quality care? Join Iris Telehealth and help expand access to behavioral health services for underserved communities—all from the comfort of your home. 

Iris Telehealth is seeking a Wisconsin-licensed Psychiatrist to provide care to patients ages 4-21 in an outpatient behavioral health setting for 32 hours a week. This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care. You'll work with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, supported by a robust administrative team, allowing you to focus on patient care. 

 

About the Role:  

  • Schedule: 8am– 5pm EST Monday – Friday, (one week day off) with 60 minutes of daily administrative time. 

  • Balanced Caseload: See 12-14 patients per day in an outpatient setting. 

  • Patient-Centered Care: Work with ages 4-21, with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, and SMI dual diagnosis. 

  • Appointment Times: 60 minutes for initial visits, 30 minutes for follow-ups. 

  • Remote & Supported: Collaborative support staff to room patients, taking vitals, patient follow-up calls, and other administrative tasks. 

  • No on-call required!

Qualifications: 

  • Completion of a 4-year ACGME Residency Program in Psychiatry 

  • Active Wisconsin medical license (required) 

  • Availability for 32 hours per week, with the ability to work during CST hours 

  • Experience and willingness to treat child and adolescent patients (Ages 4+) 

  • Fluent in Spanish and willing and able to provide patient care in this language strongly preferred 

  • Telehealth experience preferred (Epic knowledge is a plus!) 

  • Experience and comfort in treating patients with varying acuity levels, from low to high 

  • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
