We’re looking for a full-stack growth marketer who’s curious, analytical, hands-on, decisive and action-oriented. Someone who gets scrappy with early-stage tests, knows how to scale what works, and isn’t afraid to kill what doesn’t.
Your Job Is To
Identify high-value customer segments and where to reach them
Launch campaigns across multiple channels that focus on fast learning and quality lead flow
Build lifecycle flows that convert leads into transactions
Consistently test new assumptions and run experiments with the goal of conversion rate improvement
Continuously optimize CAC by improving targeting, messaging, funnel efficiency, and channel mix
You’ll own performance, content, lifecycle, and brand execution — and work closely with the CEO, product, sales, and data. This is not a brand-only role or a strategy-only role. It’s an execution-first, outcome-driven opportunity to build the growth engine from the inside out.

🧩What You’ll Do
User research — uncover user pains and motivations through research and insights.
Identify, test, and validate audience segments and channels to acquire scalable, cost-effective buyers.
Diversify us beyond Google Ads. Test new acquisition strategies — paid, organic, partnerships, influencer, referral, community, etc.
Build and automate high-converting communication journeys (lifecycle marketing; tools we use: Customer.io, Mixpanel, Pipedrive,etc.)
Lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns — from concept to launch. You’ll work with PPC, product and design support, but you’ll own the results.
Constantly test and improve the quiz experience we use post-ad and pre-product. Your job is to ask the right questions, explain the value clearly, and optimize for conversion — this is where we diagnose the buyer’s pain and show how Jome solves it.
Analytics and CAC discipline. We expect you to know your numbers cold. Optimize for unit economics, not vanity metrics.
Collaborate across the business — work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape and execute the marketing strategy. Your voice will be an essential part of how we grow.

✅You Should Have
4+ years in marketing roles where you personally executed campaigns and delivered measurable results
Experience running paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing (you’ve built, not just briefed)
Strong command of data — you know how to measure, interpret, and act
Comfort with tools like Customer.io, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and whatever else gets the job done
Fluent in spoken English with proven experience in the U.S. market
Excellent written communication in English — you know when copy works and when it doesn’t
Curiosity and humility — especially when learning a new industry
High personal standards for design, UX, and storytelling
