Motorcycle Sales Position with National Powersport Auctions Looking to get your foot in the door of the motorcycle industry? Do you like looking at, and talking about motorcycles all day? If so, we are looking for you! National Powersport Auctions (NPA) has an opening for an entry level sales position to handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Frontline response to inbound phone calls and online customer inquiries.
  • Communicate via phone and text to gather details such as motorcycle mileage, condition and title information.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with customers about motorcycle values.
  • Attention to detail when inputting customer information.
  • Work closely with the managers to ensure customer expectations are met Maintain general knowledge of powersport vehicle pricing and seasonal trends
  • Coordinate with other NPA departments for title and transport information
  • Basic understanding of state titling requirements.

Requirements

  • Be passionate about Powersports and have a least one broken bone from riding (semi joking)
  • Knowledge of Motorcycles, Dirt Bikes, ATVs and UTV brands and models.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Computer skills (MS Office Suite; Outlook, Salesforce is a big PLUS)Ability to manage multiple projects/assignments at one time
  • Good presentation skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Dependable, honest, and a team player who cares about the quality of the work they produce
  • High school or equivalent

Reporting

  • Daily productivity in our customer service management software
  • Performance of lead acquisition and conversion
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly results vs forecast

Compensation

Base salary plus an additional commission plan with no caps
