Position Overview
A deal team within RGA’s private debt and equity team is comprised of a Deal Lead and typically two other team members. A Senior Associate supports the underwriting process across origination, structure, due diligence, negotiation, and legal documentation. Key responsibilities range from due diligence to completing financial analysis, research, and models supporting underwriting and credit decisions, as well as ongoing monitoring of assigned portfolio investments.

What You Can Expect From RGA
Compensation Range
$169,000.00 - $251,800.00 Annual
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
