  • Download and manage information from client portals related to sales and payments.

Job description

Work Mode: Remote

Location: Remote – Mexico

Opportunity

BASIC FUNCTION

Assist sales department. Verify discounts of Key Accounts like Interceramic, Home Depot México and Costco Mexico, among others. Assist on calculation and elaboration of credit notes for commercial discounts due to agreements, invoiced merchandise not received and clearance or special discounts. Resolving any discrepancies on invoices and payments. Preparation of ACT for credits discounts, promotions and new clients. Administrative functions related sales and with KEC.

Specific Responsibilities

Reconciliate credits discounts to be sure are applied as approved on ACT

Reconciliate discounts for Invoiced merchandise not received and ask supports of SBL when needed

Reconciliate discounts for promotions and ask supports when needed

Prepare ACT and follow up until it is approved

Validate credits

Ask clients for aclarations of discounts when needed

Download information from client portal, sales, payments, credits, etc.

Prepare Pos for KEC

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

3rd or 4th year of college graduate program in Administration or related

1-2 Years Prior Industry Experience Preferred

This role requires the candidate to be organised and have a keen eye for detail to spot any issues that may arise

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especific Excel

Customer focus

Travel: Not neccesary.

Fluency in English preferred (other languages will be a differential).

1-2 years prior in administrative functions, credit and collection and accounting

SAP management
