Job Purpose Summary
We are seeking an experienced Global Corporate Controller with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. The Corporate Controller will bring a strong background in private equity environments, multi-entity global operations, and a proven track record in building scalable accounting processes across multiple currencies and jurisdictions. This role will oversee consolidated financial reporting, statutory compliance, balance sheet integrity, and internal controls while driving continuous improvement in systems and processes.
What You Will Do
- Lead the preparation, validation and analysis of consolidated financial results across multiple legal entities and currencies in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
- Lead best-in-class monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes,ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee the execution of the annual global audit and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and accounting standards, including preparing accounting technical memos and working papers.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
- Ensure balance sheet integrity through the maintenance and standardization of account reconciliations, leading robust monthly reviews and driving adherence to internal controls.
- Maintain and enforce accounting policies and procedures to ensure proper governance and risk mitigation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide clear, actionable financial insights that support business strategy.
- Partner with IT and Finance leadership to evaluate and implement ERP enhancements or transitions.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, providing strategic direction, performance feedback, and day-to-day support to drive operational excellence and team development.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA required, MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including corporate controller-level responsibilities at a global company
- Demonstrated proficiency in providing technical analysis and guidance under US GAAP.
- Must have experience in a private equity-backed company, ideally with exposure to M&A&D, as well as exit transactions.
- Proven track record working in global, multi-entity environments with multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
- Experience leading global audits, managing statutory reporting, and overseeing compliance in regulated industries.
- Deep understanding of balance sheet controls, cash flow management, and financial consolidations.
- Experience in the medical device or broader healthcare/life sciences industry, including manufacturing experience, strongly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Excel; familiarity with financial reporting tools is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willing to travel as needed.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is ($200,000 - $260,000). Further, pay that is offered is based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant’s job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications and certain degrees.
