Within our largest division, Etex Building Performance, we are seeking a dynamic individual to step into the role of Head of Logistics Value Creation. In this role, you will be a key driver in transforming our global Logistics organisation, focusing on warehousing and transport, to deliver unparalleled value to our customers whilst also improving our business efficiencies. In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal part in structuring and defining our plans to enhance performance, efficiency, and knowledge across all EBP Logistics activities.

What you’ll do:

  • Leading warehouse optimisation programs across the division, which currently include 104 sites globally.
  • Developing data/dashboards to provide key insights to the business and further identify opportunities to support our customers.
  • Work in partnership with our global purchasing team to ensure we have the best partnerships with our transport partners.
  • Building collaborative training programmes to support local teams with transformation.
  • Build the strategic roadmap for logistics globally.
  • Act as a key voice of change and influence for our global logistics improvement projects

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience leading logistics across multiple global sites
  • Good understanding for 4PL
  • High level of analytical skills with a background defining and setting up reporting and KPIs
  • High level of project management capability
  • Fluency in English and flexibility to travel internationally with regular trips to Belgium.
