About the Role:

As a sales-focused customer service representative, you play a crucial role in retaining customers and ensuring a great experience. You’ll handle incoming calls from Swedish customers considering canceling their service and actively work to offer tailored solutions that meet their needs.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous work experience in Allente

  • Has at least 6 month experience in Allente Antichurn campaigns

  • Has previous experience in sales and/or customer service and thrives in a goal- and results-oriented environment.

  • Has a strong sales drive and the ability to persuade while nurturing customer relationships.

  • Is a good listener with a professional and trustworthy manner.

  • Has good knowledge of Danish and English.
