As a print operations supervisor in the Creative Business Organization, you’ll oversee a team of 13-19 individual contributors involved in the printing and processing of company mailings that support the business of IT and Progressive. In this role, you’ll ensure effective coordination between people resources and the technology used for transactional and non-transactional printing. Additionally, you’ll work with various levels of management by gathering information and engaging key stakeholders to solve problems and make decisions.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Business Administration).
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of two years leading/coaching or directly supervising in an operational, processing or production environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of print and automated mail processing, print technology, production measurements, service level agreements, and industry standards, such as ISO & USPS.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Problem-solving, analytical, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Leadership and management skills with the ability to direct and oversee the work of others and have project oversight, planning, tracking, and reporting skills.
  • Talent development, coaching, and mentoring skills for improved performance and career success with interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.

Physical Requirements/working Conditions

  • Must be able to move and/or lift 22 lb. mail trays at any given time, 60 lbs. at other times and move up to 1,200 pounds using a pallet jack.
  • Requires long periods of standing (e.g., mailroom)
  • May require prolonged repetitive use of the upper extremities
  • Exposure to chemicals, equipment, noise and other work conditions typically found in a commercial facility is possible
  • Required to frequently walk, sit, bend and kneel
  • Required to use hands and fingers to operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms
  • Required to climb, balance, stoop, crouch and crawl
  • Vision abilities include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Involves operating heavy machinery and equipment

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST.
  • Holidays and occasional overtime may be required.

Compensation

  • $78,570-$96,030/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
