This role involves designing and developing instructional materials, e-learning courses, and other educational resources aligned with the organization’s learning goals. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Requirements
2+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer
Experience with instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices
Proficiency with e-learning tools and LMS platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Strong analytical skills for evaluating learning program effectiveness
Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills

Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, video scripts, etc.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand materials
Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and course effectiveness
Ensure that all learning content aligns with instructional design best practices and learning objectives
Work with the Learning Management System (LMS) to upload, test, and maintain courses
Provide recommendations for improving existing training programs based on feedback and learning analytics
Assist in tracking learning metrics and reporting on course completion, engagement, and effectiveness
Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and adult learning
Collaborate with the L&D team to improve processes
