Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

Location: Fully Remote, Philippines

Salary: $2.00 - $2.50 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and managing HR administrative tasks. Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and logical reasoning to assess candidate qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience with HR software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS is a huge advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
  • Conduct research on potential candidates, including assessment scores and audio assessments
  • Invite qualified candidates for interviews and coordinate schedules with Recruitment Specialists

HR Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage and maintain employee records, including personnel files and benefits information
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and spreadsheets
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks and projects


Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.


* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of work, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
