MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support business owners, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts to create visualizations and reports, assisting with automating as much as possible from our data platforms and other sources and developing using Power BI.
• Perform detailed analysis of business processes and systems, evaluate, and improve existing BI systems; design and implement changes to meet the business need based on your findings; help maintain and develop a resilient Data Warehouse underpinning a variety of analytical requirements; develop and support end-to-end Data Modelling solutions; facilitate the testing and deployment of BI solutions and technologies.
• Document BI processes, procedures, and best practices. Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of BI tools.
• Help manage and administer the PowerBI Platform and support users across the business in the use of the reporting tool. Work closely with third-party development companies to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Support and maintain existing data and reporting solutions, responding to stakeholder needs, working with operational support team to troubleshoot issues.
• Act as a backup for the BI Product Owner, assisting with project management and decision-making.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Strong and proven experience in the business intelligence engineering and reporting.
• Good knowledge of data architecture and data mapping.
• Fluent English language knowledge.
• Experience of data visualization tools – Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
• SAP, Azure Fabric or Azure DevOps knowledge will be a plus.
• Agile certification will be a plus.
• Knowledge of dimensional modelling and a strong understanding of dashboard design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively on technical and business issues both internally and externally.
• Ability to work independently, navigate problems, resolve conflicts, and bring solutions into the table.
• Build strong interpersonal relationships and be able to persuade, negotiate and influence for meeting business objectives.
• Experience working cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
