ArchWell Health is seeking a Marketing Events Specialist to help expand our brand presence and develop a repeatable approach to membership acquisition across new and existing markets. This individual will be a key member of the Marketing & Communications (MARCOM) team, a highly collaborative and dynamic group of professionals. This colleague will also partner closely with the market growth team leaders to understand and deliver upon the unique needs of each ArchWell Health market. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and enjoy the pace of a fast-growing company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Support ArchWell Health Grand Opening events in new markets and existing markets where centers are being opened
Ensure all growth teams are utilizing best practices in how to execute a community-based event
Monitor and capture feedback from the market of events to identify areas to optimize as part of the team’s continuous improvement
Offer support for trade shows attended by growth or other cross-functional partners
Administer the collateral and swag suppliers by checking inventory and flagging items that need to be updated in partnership with our swag vendor
Research and find swag solutions as needed for various events and partners
Act as a support liaison for the growth team to ensure access to marketing resources are streamlined and customized as needed
Coordinate the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and timeline with local market leaders and central stakeholders in advance of opening
Help administrate and establish process workflow for marketing tools made available to ArchWell Health markets
Become intimately familiar with the ArchWell Health brand as an approver of materials
Work in Canva and review field materials to ensure they are compliant and in alignment with best practices
Become well-versed in ArchWell Health’s compliance best practices and attend a weekly Marketing meeting
Participate in the editorial board strategy and planning with the MARCOM team
Participate in a weekly call with ArchWell Health’s agency of record
Plan and support marketing team summits, outings, and activities
Willingness to travel up to 20%
Required Skills/Abilities:
Attention to detail and a flair for organization
Ability to navigate web-based marketing platforms such as Canva and Airtable
Microsoft Office skills
Must be able to initiate work independently and move projects forward as needed
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
Empathetic, curious, collaborative, and positive mindset
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to anticipate needs and solve logistical problems
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of two (2) years of experience preferred
Experience with a diverse marketing channel approach (digital, mailers, events, etc.) in healthcare, either payor or provider setting
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Experience with healthcare marketing; specifically, Medicare a plus
