Why This Role Is Exciting

Are you an HL7 Interface Analyst looking to join a healthcare technology team that values your experience and allows you the flexibility of working from home? We’re looking for a collaborative and technically skilled professional who wants to make an impact by improving healthcare connectivity through smart, standards-driven integration work.

This is a remote work from home opportunity, where you’ll work on mission-critical projects that connect hospital systems, physician workstations, and laboratory data — ultimately improving patient outcomes through better data flow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support HL7 interface implementations between hospitals, labs, and EMR/LIS systems.
  • Drive interface testing and troubleshooting to ensure standards compliance.
  • Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders, vendors, and client IT teams to gather requirements and support go-lives.
  • Guide project timelines, communicate technical solutions, and provide documentation and post-implementation support.
  • Work with integration tools and technologies including Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, and VPN/web services protocols.

What You Bring

  • Prior experience in hospital HL7 interface implementation work.
  • Solid knowledge of EMR/LIS systems such as Meditech, Cerner, or Epic.
  • Experience in testing HL7 messages and understanding HL7 v2.x message structure.
  • Exposure to lab workflows and clinical environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and optionally, Access or Integration Engines.
  • Strong communication, project management, and customer-facing skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Cloverleaf or Rhapsody.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation related to interface deployment.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Remote Work Flexibility - Work from the comfort of your home.
  • Purpose-Driven - You’ll be helping hospitals and labs improve care through smoother data integration.
  • Collaborative Culture - Work with a friendly, knowledgeable team that values communication and problem-solving.
  • Career Growth - Build on your integration expertise with exposure to a wide range of systems and projects.

Ready to join a team where your expertise in HL7 and healthcare technology makes a real difference? We’d love to connect.
