Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is in search of a Demand and Relationship Manager who will work collaboratively with HFHI departments to understand, research, and articulate line of business and complex, large scale enterprise technology demand initiatives to achieve maximum operational efficiencies and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will serve as a technology interface and liaison between the Technology Portfolio Management and HFHI departments.
This position can be based remotely in the U.S. and requires 5% travel.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Serve as an interface and liaison between HFHI functional and technology departments to improve relationships, communications, collaboration and business technology.
Facilitate conversations around future direction of technical solutions, how that direction will impact stakeholders, and how future and current systems can be utilized to grow and transform the business.
Interact frequently and build relationships with departments, perform analysis and development of demands and prioritizations for the IT department.
Assists in business case development and identifies IT demands to measure benefits, particularly productivity-related, and to ensure value is added consistently with enterprise productivity goals.
Engages customers in periodic review of service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure the Portfolio Management Office is meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations.
Performs all other related duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or a related discipline.
Five (5) years of IT experience spanning a variety of IT disciplines.
Strong background in strategic planning, project management and business systems analysis preferred.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comprehensive understanding of Project Management and/or Agile principles and practices.
Understanding of software development methodologies (waterfall and agile).
Strong communication and training skills.
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Business analysis and business process design skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools + Smartsheet.

The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance.
For work locations in the U.S., the hiring range for this position is $116,030 - $136,500.
